REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy. All sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

Please choose your size carefully and refer to our size charts before placing your order.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will accept returns and offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item or incorrect size
  • The item does not match the product description

How to Report an Issue

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If Your Return is Approved

  • We'll provide a replacement (subject to stock availability), or

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • For all other approved returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy. You are entitled to remedies for major failures with goods or services, and we guarantee your rights in relation to faulty or misrepresented products.
